Donna and Kirk have been married since December 1995.  In 2010, Donna started a CPA firm out of the corner of their bedroom. In 2015 they stepped out in faith and Kirk left his corporate job to join Donna full-time.  The foundation of our business is Luke 6:31:

"And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise."

   As CPA firm owners, Donna & Kirk have worked with a lot of small business owners and realized many "don't know what they don't know".   We are passionate about educating our clients in both taxes and business ownership.

Donna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in the mid 90’s and then her CPA license in 2010 after being a stay-at-home Mom for 10 years. In 2021 she graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program.  Since 2022 she has served as an SBA T.H.R.I.V.E Emerging Leaders Business Coach. Donna's education and experience has put her in a perfect position to help individuals and other business owners. 

Kirk earned his Undergrad degree in Business and his Master's Degree in Accounting. He has 20+ years of experience in Business Operations and 8+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning. He earned is Enrolled Agent License (EA) in 2010.  With his corporate operations background and his tax experience, he is also in a perfect position to help individuals and business owners.
