We are Donna Edge, CPA and Kirk Edge, EA. We own a virtual tax firm (Edge CPA, LLC) that provides tax services and consulting for individuals and small businesses.
Why Us?
We have designed a business model to separate us from the "traditional" tax practice. We did the "traditional" CPA Firm for 10+ years, so we know all the pain points for both the clients and ourselves. Our new business model helps reduce/eliminate those pain points. It's a win-win for us and our clients.
How we do things differently

We are 100% virtual. We can meet by phone or Zoom. We provide a secure site for sharing your sensitive data.
We are experienced professionals
Donna is a CPA and Kirk is an Enrolled Agent and has a Masters in Accounting from Texas State. Together we have over 20 years of experience.
No more wondering when your taxes will be worked on
During tax season, once you have uploaded your tax documents, we will assign you a "tax preparation" start date. This is the targeted date we will start preparing your return, assuming you have uploaded all your documents.
We focus on taxes and consulting
We've found that providing too many services takes away from providing you with the best service. But don't worry, we have some amazing partners that we can collaborate with to make sure you are taken care of. They include bookkeepers, payroll specialists, insurance providers, financial advisors, and attorneys.
